NDO T07 — FAQ

How do I pair the NDO T07 for the first time?
Open the case and take both earbuds out — they enter pairing mode automatically. On your phone go to Bluetooth → select “NDO T07”. If asked for a PIN, use 0000.
How do I reset or clear previous connections?
On your phone, “Forget” the device first. Place earbuds in the case, keep the lid open and press & hold the touch areas on both earbuds for ~8–10s until the indicator flashes. Re-pair from the Bluetooth list. (LED behavior may vary slightly by batch.)
Can I use just one earbud (mono mode)?
Yes. Take out either left or right earbud — it will work independently for calls and music.
What’s the battery life and charging time?
Up to 6 hours per charge + up to 48 hours total with the case. Earbuds charge in about 1.5h, the case in about 2h via USB-C. (Times vary with volume and content.)
Are they waterproof?
Rated IPX7: protected against sweat, rain and accidental splashes. Not intended for showering or swimming. Dry before charging.
Do they support low-latency for video and games?
Yes, a low-latency mode delivers ~16 ms audio delay for smoother AV sync in videos and casual gaming.
